I’ve been trying Saturday cheat days. Whatever I want to eat, I do so. Last Saturday, I ate just a little over 3,000 calories. And it’s Tuesday this week and I’m already losing weight. Go cheat day!
Dinner: Approximately 512 calories. Filling and yum. Steak, green beans, and pinto beans. Due to creative shopping meal cost was $1.89. I kid you not.
Chicken salad. ( south beach diet recipe ) more chicken is there than meets the eye lol. Hid by lettuce. 234 Calories. 5g of fat.
Fat free sour cream instead of mayo.
