
So you may have noticed that I’ve been quiet for 2 weeks. About that. Well, I’ve been a little stressed for various reasons. Due to my nature and how I deal with stress I let my “diet” slip.
Part of it too was being discouraged that I can’t seem to lose weight lately. It’s just up 5 pounds and down 5 pounds. Repeat. And to add insult to injury over the last 2 weeks I quit really caring about what I ate. Don’t get me wrong, I didn’t go off the deep end and pig out.
I’ve been eating healthy ( for the most part ) and exercise. And can’t seem to drop the weight. I don’t know why. Trying my best not to get discouraged but … yea.
