
I tend to post when my eating stays on track but I don’t really post that often when I fall off the wagon so to speak. Last night a good friend of mine invited me to Buffalo Wild Wings for trivia. Haven’t seen him in months so I thought I would.
Well as far as eating goes yesterday I made a few mistakes. I didn’t eat lunch. All I had was the 90 calorie attune probiotics bar as a snack. So by the time I got to trivia, I was *starving* or at least I felt it.
I ended up getting the cheeseburger sliders, french fries, and *gasp* a diet coke. That meal alone broke nearly every food goal I have right now. Fast food, fried food, and I had a soda.
I am human.
Today is a new day. I am hopping back on track. Time for exercise.
