    Hi. I do drink water. Just not with meals. I love tea because there are so many flavor choices and majority of the time it still remains 0 calories.

    I used to drink nothing but Coca-Cola. The full caloric high fructose corn syrup kind. Then I gradually quit drinking those and migrated to diet soda such as Coke Zero. 

    Now I’m taking 30 days to quit drinking soda. That is a big step for me. And after that amount of time, I’ll report on how I feel. Lasting changes happen when you change the habit gradually over time setting smaller goals to achieve.

    This is just one step in the overall process of getting me fit. 

    And who knows maybe in June I’ll add drinking 3 glasses of water a day to my goal list for July.
