Day 5 of Week 3. Treadmill. 20 minutes. 152 Calories burned. Took it a little bit slower today as my legs have been feeling sore. However, continuing to build the habit of going to the gym. Next week it’s 25 minutes. That will increase weekly until I get 30 minutes of cardio. Should be around May. Then it’s time to add on to the workout plan!
