    Day 3 of Week 3. Treadmill. 20 minutes. 168 Calories burned. Alternated running and fast walking a few times. Continuing to build the daily habit of going to the gym!

On a side note, my stomach is teaching me a lesson for having so much cheese sauce. Won’t do that again!
