1. No Gym Today

    Decided not to go into the gym this morning. Feeling sore. A little on the tired side. Haven’t let my body rest much. I allocated today for that.  I’m no trainer, but I have read and been advised that you are supposed to let it rest every once and awhile. Tomorrow will be back in the gym first thing.

    On the upside, I’m one pound away from the 20 lb milestone. Come on body!
