You may have noticed no food was posted yesterday. Well there was a reason for that. Had no idea of the calories I took in. I cheated a bit yesterday. My parents invited me to lunch with them and a few mutual friends of ours. We went to one of my favorite restaurants Los Torros. I tried to be good in a Mexican restaurant, which is not easy. I ordered an enchilada with beef, a beef taco, rice and beans. No clue on the calorie content. I also hate half of the rice and beans so I didn’t go all out. Diet coke for a drink.
Then for dinner a couple of friends invited me to Sonny’s BBQ. I had all you can eat ribs. The reason I got the all you can eat plate was that I could get turkey on the second “round”. I hate half my ribs and admittedly two plates of turkey. Most of my fries were gone. And I had a bit of cole slaw. Sweet tea for the drink. This was definitely a cheat day.
The good news is that today I weighed myself and I’ve neither gained or lost weight. Hoping to break through this plateau this week.
