Day 7 of Week 2. Treadmill. 15 minutes. 110 Calories burned. Legs were feeling a bit sore today so I decided to walk a bit slower. Continuing to build the daily habit of going to the gym though!
I watched part of a movie on my iPhone while on the treadmill today. Seemed to help pass the time quicker than music. Tomorrow, the beginning of Week 3, I’m upping the time from 15 to 20 minutes.
