1. Day 6 of Week 2. Treadmill. 15 minutes. 134 Calories burned. Mixed it up with running for nearly 5 minutes straight ( speed at 7 ). Doesn’t sound like a lot but when you are this out of shape… it’s progress. Continuing on with building the daily habit of going to the gym. Happy weekend everybody!
