1. Today marks my first day into the journey of working out regularly. I’m starting out VERY slow at 10 minutes of treadmill a day for a week. This is to get me into the habit of actually going daily.

Overall it ends up being 30+ mins as it takes time to get ready for the gym and time to come back home.
