Up and down. And back again. I’ve gained 8lbs since I last checked in. And it seemed to come back faster than I lost it. I’m not losing hope though. I am going to keep it up.

I am going to keep pushing to eat better, drink less, and now I am going to add exercise to the list. It won’t be much exercise at first but I am going to start running. I’m adding it to my morning routine and use this blog to help keep track of that.
Maybe that will help me break through this plateau.
