And I don’t know why but with my body type and sedentary lifestyle if I even trip up just a little on the eating it can have major repercussions. As you can see by the image above, late November ( Thanksgiving ) until January ( New Years ) I slacked on the dieting. And ended up gaining 50% of what I had lost in just a few short months.
Believe it or not this encourages me to stick to it. Because even with just a little slack in the routine can add up to more weight gain. That alone motivates me to keep pressing forward so that I don’t slip.
