Adjusting the Plan
Up and down. And back again. I’ve gained 8lbs since I last checked in. And it seemed to come back faster than I lost it. I’m not losing hope though. I am going to keep it up.
I am going to keep pushing to eat better, drink less, and now I am going to add exercise to the list. It won’t be much exercise at first but I am going to start running. I’m adding it to my morning...

Shh...I cheated today.
So the date may say Thursday but this blog post is about my Wednesday. I must confess, I cheated today.
I had lunch at Sonny’s BBQ with a good friend. It was about 630 calories for a few fries, smoked turkey, coleslaw ( not good for you! ), and a Diet Coke. Then for dinner I had sushi. 3 rolls and a salad. Not really sure on the calories but I can bet I went over my limit for today. And to...
February Progress
Starting weight: 159 Ending weight: 151.5
Overall I lost 7.5 lbs in February. Had a few ups and downs but not bad overall if I do say so myself. Happy with progress so far.
